This brand-new ‘Apér’Opéra’ event is an chance to discover the powerful women from mythology and the Bible, through opera lyrics. Alceste,

Helen and Salomé are fierce heroines whose contradictions, humanity and courage overshadow any other characters by their sides. You’ll hear extracts from the stories of Paris and Helen, Alceste by Gluck, and Hérodiade by Massenet.

This musical interlude will be followed by the chance for the audience and artists to mingle over a glass of wine from a PDO Costières de Nîmes vineyard.
